It's December 1st. Another year of Brovember has come and gone. If you would still like to make a donation to support our local hospital foundation our link is live at:

Simply click the link, select an amount you would like to donate, pick your NCHL Team, and done. It's that easy. Your donation will be supporting local mental health programs. 

To date, the NCHL has raised over $11,000 for the Nanaimo and District Hospital Foundation.

Dr. Derek Poteryko from the Thundercocks will be hosting a quarterly Men's Mental Health Night. Our next night will be Thursday January 22, 2026 at 7pm  at the Bowen Complex. A safe space for men to talk openly with medical professionals about men's health and mental health.
