After consulting with the NCHL board, and health officials, the following changes will be put into place for the upcoming season...
1) all games will be a best 2 out of 3 rock, paper, scissors competition, held out in the parking lot.
2) the following teams will be excluded from the league this year, the Ice Hogs, the Stick men, the Haze, and the Mad Dogs.
3) the annual downtown parade of the NCHL league champion still will take place, but it will take place in a farmers field in Cedar.
